Merry Christmas!
I don’t know how you spent Christmas, but I spent it working at my school. Don’t worry though, it was fun!
Instead of teaching classes, we held a Christmas brunch and played different English language activities. After the brunch some of our younger students dressed as ‘Christmas Angels’ and walked around passing out candy. They were adorable!
Although I missed being home for the holidays, it was really neat to be able to spread some of that ‘Christmas magic’ to people who don’t normally celebrate the holiday. Being so far from home, I couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend Christmas.
